Rich Parsons has been assisting clients with his superior mortgage advice and knowledge since 1992 where he started out assisting a loan officer. He shortly moved into a loan officer position himself and has since been a top producing loan agent at two banks. Rich is currently a Mortgage Advisor for Terra Mortgage Banking with offices in both Larkspur and Novato.

Because of his vast experience in the mortgage lending world, both as a broker and a banker, Rich has figured out that each loan is a puzzle. He prides himself on his ability to work closely with his clients to piece that puzzle together based on each transaction’s specific needs. Having studied economics at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Rich understands each day brings a new environment and opportunity to wade through these tough economic times.
