Michael J. Peck:

Michael was born on a cold, snowy December morning in Syracuse, NY. After visiting the Bay Area at the age of 12, he declared to his parents, “when I grow up, I’m moving to San Francisco.” Upon graduating from the State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Business Administration and Economics, he followed his dream and moved to the City by the Bay. “No snow, no humidity and only rains in the winter.”

Michael combines his nineteen year history as a successful mortgage advisor with an array of life experiences in both the corporate and entrepreneurial business world. Prior to the mortgage industry, Michael was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch; served as Director of Corporate Relations for San Francisco’s first challenge for the America’s Cup and founded Insight Logic Co., a professional sales training company.

Michael and his wife reside in Mill Valley with their daughter and son. While not producing loans, Michael enjoys family excursions, golf, swimming and hiking with Tazz the wonder dog.

Doris Le:

Doris is a Bay Area native, whose family has been actively involved in the lending and real estate industry for years. Doris inherited her business acumen from her parents after they fled to the United States from war-torn Vietnam. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University and holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Over the past decade of her professional career, Doris has cultivated a keen awareness of management, customer service and extensive product knowledge, leading to successful outcomes. In June 2006, she completed her certification as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, CMPS.

An investor in real estate herself, Doris’ top priority is to translate complex financial information into concise and accurate data for clients, providing them with the clarity and understanding necessary to make good financial decisions. Doris’ dedication to researching and analyzing all available lending programs enables her to customize a loan product to meet the borrower’s financial goals.

Doris currently lives in San Francisco and enjoys quality time with her family, friends and her Poochon puppy, Casey. She plays tennis, hikes and exercises at the Bay Club.
