Greg Merrill has been a Top Producing Mortgage Broker/Banker since 1989 and is currently a Principal of Terra Mortgage Banking. Greg maintains offices in both Santa Barbara and Marin County where he has extensive knowledge in both marketplaces.

Besides Greg’s thorough understanding of Real Estate Finance, he has also been involved in the acquisition and development of numerous residential projects in both Santa Barbara and the Bay Area. This experience gives Greg a unique perspective which has proven to be valuable to his clients as they assess their options.

Greg is involved in many local philanthropic causes including a Search for a Cause and Sunny Hills Children Garden. Greg is a Graduate of Culver Academy, and earned his BA from The University of California, Santa Barbara. Greg currently resides in Santa Barbara with his wife and two children.
